An incredible opportunity to join a team providing compliance services.  Past experience in finance or customer service is preferred.  Compensation dependent upon experience.

Specific Duties:

  • Assessing and collecting documents needed to meet compliance requirements
  • Communicate verbally and via email with various entities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Utilize SalesForce
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets. Fluent English required; another language would be preferable
  • Analyze queries from clients and deliver against client requests for information
  • Resolve outstanding issues quickly and proficiently
  • Log and classify calls and requests for assistance in the call tracking database
  • Liaise with Case Management teams and Quality Control team colleagues and manage timely resolution of issues
  • Works closely with colleagues to understand or escalate client-related issues for resolution
  • Monitor own activities and ensures that relevant SLAs and other targets are being met
  • Gather outstanding documentation and any essential updates
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Previous Experience Requirements       

  • 1+ ears customer service experience
  • Preferred experience of working with Compliance, Financial Crime or AML teams

Personal Success Characteristics              

  • Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Eagerness to keep knowledge and understanding of e.g. financial crime current

Educational Requirements: 4 year college degree preferred

Reports To: US Contracts, Compliance and Commercial Services Team Lead

Location: Fargo, ND

Wage: $15.00/hour
